Family Lawyers
“We do not provide legal advice or take the place of a lawyer and encourage clients to seek legal advice prior to, during and after mediation”
We value your referrals for separated parents wishing to mediate aspects of their parenting or property. We do not provide legal advice and encourage all clients to seek legal advice prior to, during and after mediation and we arrange legal referrals for those clients who have contacted us directly.
Call us direct on 0414806640 to discuss making a referral.
Our experienced mediators specialize in helping separated parents navigate challenging decisions regarding children and assets in a neutral and supportive environment. Our experienced mediators take our clients through a structured process empowering families to reach agreements that work for everyone involved.
We encourage parents to seek legal advice in preparation for mediation and before lodging documents with the courts for both parenting and property.
We are experienced in running legally-assisted family dispute resolution (LAFDR) and happy to accommodate if clients request legal representation on the day of the mediation and often recommend LAFDR for the best outcome in mediation.
As registered Family Dispute Resolution practitioners, we can issue section 60i certificates when mediation is not appropriate, or if the parties are unable to reach a full agreement in mediation.
Thank you for entrusting us with your referrals as we work together towards fostering positive outcomes for families.

As mediators we don’t give any legal advice and we know our most effective role is to support clients to prepare to participate fully in the mediation.
We support our clients relationship with their lawyer as an essential part of this process. When our clients are well informed and have been given good advice from a family lawyer, they are better able to negotiate and come to an agreement that is likely to last and be better for the whole family.
