I am a F amily Dispute Resolution Practitioner, with a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution and Accredited with the Attorney General’s Department to mediate between separated parents.

Also a Nationally Accredited Mediator, Interpersonal Communication Coach and Group Facilitator in the Nonviolent Communication model, I have years of experience facilitating and teaching effective communication skills to couples and parents.

I have extensive experience mediating in a busy Family Relationship Centre with separated parents to work out their parenting and property agreements.

I am passionate about supporting parents to put together long lasting parenting agreements so everyone can get on with their life and kids can thrive.

It is not separation that harms children it is ongoing conflict.

Roger has worked with many parents and children, providing support services, educational programs and therapeutic intervention. His professional experience includes working as a teacher, social worker, and early childhood education, supporting children with mental health problems and providing parental support. In addition, Roger has worked for NGOs, in the social sector and in government roles.
